© Maj John L RaybouldOn a glorious June evening, in the beautiful gardens of our Suffolk ACF Honorary Colonel, Maj Gen Tony Pollard CB CBE DL, Suffolk ACF hosted the Annual Garden Party to show local dignitaries what Suffolk ACF are about.

The rain held off until it was time to go!

This was a delightful occasion which this 'new boy' was delighted to be invited to attend. There's no such thing as a 'free lunch' so his job was to take photographs ! For once, he did not have to take names as Janine did that.

We thank the Adult Leaders and Cadets who assisted with car parking and the dispensing of sustenance and special congratulations to County Executive Officer Maj Bob Potter MBE and PMC The Offrs' Mess Capt Dick Jarvis for their impeccable organisation.

We especially thank Gen Tony for providing such wonderful surroundings.
