An
Apr 08 e-mail was received {not corrected for capitalisation, punctuation or
syntax - old long-retired schoolmaster speak !}:
'I look at our suffolk web site, about once a month and
every time I look at it, I think how badly its laid out, and how out of date in
the information is , alongside how bad the photos are and how hard it is to
navigate around the web site.
The web site is meant to be fresh and encouraging, may be a little inspiring and
it’s not.
I’m not sure whether some one has told you this, but I can’t sit here and look
at how good some of our detachment web sites are and yet how our county one is
so poor.'
{Webmaster Comment : 'A response will be sent
when
the deadlines for SACF copy of my Castle piece to RHQ BStE and
B&C Suffolk ACF piece to Maj Bob Godfrey MC, have been met.}
Earlier opinions were, from :
Brigadier Mike Wharmby OBE,
ACFA General Secretary,: 'I've looked at your
site - very impressive. I hope our new
www.armycadets.com
site is as good when we re-launch it later in
the year.'
Maj Oliver
Shepard, Webmaster
UK National ACF site www.armycadets.com
: 'I wish more Counties were so efficient!
Capt
Les Jackson,
CAA B Coy, Suffolk ACF: 'Great site and lots to see.'
What do other surfers think about this site ?
Please e-mail Major
John L Raybould TD, Webmaster Suffolk ACF, with your opinion of our site.
